The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.

Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your payment. The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Bank Transfer. The rates are for studios or apartments per day (Not Per Person)

Room rates include the following:

Tax, air-conditioning, safety deposit box, TV, wireless internet 24 hours, kitchenette with kettle and electric rings, microwave oven, big fridge with separate freezer, private balcony, hair dryer, blankets, bed sheets, pillows and extra beds or baby cots if requested.

Room rates do not include breakfast:

The cost for continental breakfast is 3.00 euro per person/day, the cost for English or American breakfast is 4.00 euro per person/day and the cost for Full English breakfast is 4.50 euro per person/day.


Confirmation Terms:

To confirm a booking the guest must provide valid credit card information (card number, expiry date, and CVC number) or you can contact the hotel for other options.

Please check that the details of your reservation are complete and accurate before you confirm your reservation. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance if you provide us with incorrect information.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rates Reservation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
To modify your booking please contact the hotel to let you know if it is possible and if there is any extra cost.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of arrival, guests will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

Non Refundable Reservation
If you book a Non Refundable Reservation you will receive a 10% discount off of our Standard Rates.
Non Refundable Reservation means that the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

If you do not have a credit card or you don’t want to use a credit card or our ONLINE system does not have available rooms, please, Contact us Directly and it will be our pleasure to inform you of our availability and terms of accommodation.

 For any gatherings or parties you must first ask for permission in reception.  Any additional guests brought to the room besides the guests that are included in your reservation will result in added charges to your room.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you.


Cleaning Schedule:

Because most of our guests stay at the hotel for long periods of time our rooms are cleaned every 2 days. If you prefer or require more frequent cleaning please feel free to ask our receptionist and we will be happy to accommodate your request.


Check In and Check Out Times:

 Check-in time is from 2:00pm and check-out time is by 12:00pm.

 A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

Early Arrival and Late Departure:

Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel’s Reception Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If you room is ready before 2:00pm our receptionist will let you know and you will be able to check in earlier. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.

Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.

Please check with the Hotel’s Reception Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out.


Safe Box:
There is a safe located in all of our rooms. This safe is included in your rate. You will be given a code for your safe upon arrival, you can change this code at any time our receptionist would be happy to show you. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe door is shut properly, in the event that items from the safe go missing the hotel will not be held liable. That being said this has never been an issue in the past, our hotel and Kalamaki in general are very safe.

Damages and Disturbances:
 

Your responsibility: If you or any member of your booking causes damage or loss of any kind to us or any other customers, you will be responsible for that damage or loss and you as the person who made the booking will be required to pay the costs.

You must not cause any disturbance to any other customers or our staff including but not limited to noise disturbance.


General Provisions:
By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard terms and conditions of stay.

The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
